Dr. Ishmael Nii Amanor Dodoo is the Executive Director of CSG Holding Investment Ltd and the Executive Vice President of CO2 Capital Africa Project, a leading blockchain carbon market development and trading company with ambitions to generate $1 Billion in development financing to support African countries and communities to transition to green growth. He is also the co-founder of Tertiary Education Scholarship Trust Fund (www.testforafrica.org), which enables gifted students who would otherwise miss out on a university education to get a degree, unlocking their potential and empowering them to uplift their communities.

He is an African diplomat, governance, and development expert with over 25 years of experience in 36 countries, shaping policy design and operational implementation on Africa’s international diplomacy, geopolitics, governance, and human and economic development.
