With over 15 years of experience in various sectors, I am passionate about helping individuals achieve their full potential and become their most empowered selves. As an Outreach Coordinator at Careers in Energy, a division of Energy Safety Canada, I develop leading-edge research, tools, and resources to increase awareness and understanding of the energy industry and career opportunities and to support the attraction and retention of a skilled and productive workforce.

My core competencies include capacity building, networking and relationship development, community development, advocacy for diversity, equity, and inclusion, employment and career counseling, mentoring and leadership, and relationship management and collaboration. I approach my work with compassion, empathy, and a willingness to be vulnerable. As a coach, I prioritize listening, instilling trust, and uplifting individuals. I embrace adaptability and inject a sense of enjoyment into each day. I am eager to foster connections, cultivate relationships, and contribute meaningfully to the energy sector and beyond.
