Chelsea Erhardt is an Environmental Products Trader at Elbow River Marketing Ltd and has more than 10 years of experience trading in Environmental Markets. She joined Elbow River in 2017 and built the Environmental Products Trading Desk. Chelsea trades cap-and-trade markets, low carbon fuel standards, voluntary offsets, renewable energy credits and renewable natural gas across North America. She has extensive experience in market-based greenhouse gas regulatory frameworks and has contributed to compliance strategies for both power and fuels-based companies within these markets.

Chelsea holds a Master of Science in Environmental Economics from the University of East Anglia in the UK. Prior to returning to Canada to work in Calgary’s Energy Industry in 2010, Chelsea worked as an economist in London for a boutique consultancy specializing in environmental economics.
