Brian Boulanger joined ARC Financial Corp. in 1997 and is currently Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company. His education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. Brian is a CFA Charterholder and a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Brian was the United Way’s past Chairman of the Board of Directors and the 2015 Campaign Co-Chair for the City of Calgary. In 2009, Brian was recognized by the Globe and Mail, as one of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40 and in 2012 he was awarded The Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal. Brian is married and has four children.
