2023 Strategic Program Speakers

Ken is the Senior Vice President of Operations, for Quanta Services; the leading specialty contractor in North America that provides integrated infrastructure solutions for the utility, energy and communications industries. He has been engaged in the renewable energy field for over 25 years. Ken spent 33 years with Blattner Company, most recently as Chief Operating Officer, for North America’s leading installer of renewable energy. Ken has led the executive team’s strategic planning processes and major initiative development to ensure that goals and supporting actions are successfully executed upon. During his tenure at Blattner, now a Quanta Services subsidiary, he was active in the development of their Canadian joint venture company, Borea Construction, with Genivar and later Pomerleau Construction. His background is blanketed with strategy development and process development in preconstruction services, specifically client forward activities including estimating and business development. Ken’s focus included establishing long-term client relationships and serving as an advocate to clients. Ken possesses a strong entrepreneurial spirit, intuitive marketing ability and thrives in dynamic and competitive environments that is being implemented with Quanta Canada Renewables. He also served on the board of Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA) and over 20 years and counting on Minnesota State University - Mankato’s Construction Management Industry Advisory Board.
