Leon Fedenczuk

Leon Fedenczuk is an analytical consultant with Gambit Consulting. He obtained his Ph.D. degree from the University of Calgary. His expertise lays in stochastic and deterministic modeling methods, data mining, computer applications, dimension reduction, and up-scaling techniques in the petroleum industry. He has been developing new ways to improve decision support in the petroleum industry since 1982. His recent research and work have been concentrated on optimization of Waterflood and SAGD processes. Before starting with Gambit Consulting in 1991 his career included nine years with Canadian Hunter Exploration.
