Join YP Link, a collaboration between four (4) Young Professional groups - Young Professionals in Energy, Society of Petroleum Engineers Young Professionals, WPC Energy Future Leaders and Young Women in Energy - for an exclusive, invite-only breakfast event designed to share the top 10 actions the energy industry can take to ensure it retains its young professionals and attracts future talent.
Talent4Energy and the YP Link have invited young professionals to participate in a series of open discussions on what their ideal energy employer looks like, and to share their perspectives on key topics including energy transition, workplace culture, and the overall attraction and retention of young professionals. What we heard may challenge some preconceptions!
