Notification of Acceptance – January 30, 2026
All speakers will receive notification by email on whether their submission was accepted, placed on the alternate list or declined, no later than January 30, 2026
Confirmation of Participation – February 13, 2026
Speakers and alternate speakers are required to confirm their continued interest in this event by sending an email to Dusan Krnjaja dusankrnjaja@dmgevents.com Failure to confirm your continued interest in participating in this event by this date may result in your opportunity being offered to an alternate speaker in your category.
Registration Confirmation – March 13, 2026
The conference organizer does not pay per diem, honoraria, or expenses for any technical conference speaker.
All speakers are required to register as a speaker no later than March 13, 2026. If registration/payment is not received, you will be replaced by the next alternate speaker in your category.
All speaker rates include a full three-day Energy Influencers pass that includes access to all Energy Influencer sessions in all three theatres, Influencer delegate lounge, refreshment breaks, lunches, access to the exhibition and opening night reception.

Speaker Terms and Conditions Form – May 1, 2026
All presenters will need to sign and submit the speaker terms and conditions BEFORE they present. The form is for the presenter to give us permission to distribute an approved public version of your PowerPoint presentation, paper and/or poster to the online digital library after the conference concludes.
The T&C will be sent to you digitally or you can sign the PDF.
Visa Invitation Letters
If you require a visa invitation letter to apply to enter Canada, you can select the visa invitation option when you register. The process is automated and will request all the information required in the letter, once complete you will automatically get emailed the letter to use.
Final PowerPoint Presentation (Required) – May 22, 2026
Speakers are required to use the Energy Influencers PowerPoint Presenter Template and submit to Dusan Krnjaja at dusankrnjaja@dmgevents.com no later than May 22, 2026. A final or close to final version of your presentation will need to be submitted by the deadline to ensure that the template was used, and that the presentation reflects the original abstract submitted.
If you make any changes to your PowerPoint after May 29, 2026, you can bring an updated version with you on a USB stick and update the original file onsite before you present.
Speakers will be assigned one 30-minute speaking spot on one of the three days of the conference. Within 30 minutes we suggest the speaker set their presentation speaking time to 20 minutes leaving up to 10 minutes for Q&A at the very end. Speakers will be prompted by a room host when there is 5 minutes remaining in their session. The rooms will be set up in a theatre format with room for up to 100+ people.
