Submission Guidelines

Nominees for the Global Energy Show Canada Awards will be selected by a judging panel of industry professionals based on the submissions received. Early submission is strongly encouraged to allow sufficient time for review. Late submissions will not be accepted.

STEP 1: REVIEW AWARD CATEGORIES

Before starting your submission:

• Review the award categories and eligibility criteria to determine the most appropriate category for your nomination.

• Organizations may submit a maximum of three nominations in total across all categories. We recommend coordinating internally before submitting to avoid duplicate entries.

• All submissions must demonstrate significant activity, progress or measurable outcomes achieved during the eligibility period of June 2026 to May 2027.

• If you have submitted a nomination in previous years, do not resubmit identical information. Your 2027 submission should be updated to reflect new developments, achievements and measurable outcomes from the current eligibility period.

STEP 2: SUBMIT YOUR NOMINATION

• All nominations must be submitted electronically through the online submission form by February 4, 2027.

• Review the submission questions and gather all required information before starting your nomination.

• Each nomination should be submitted only once. Duplicate submissions may be disqualified.

• Ensure all information is complete and accurate before submitting.

STEP 3: JUDGING PROCESS

Following the submission deadline, an independent panel of industry experts will evaluate all eligible nominations against the established judging criteria.

All submitters will be notified of their submission status by March 26, 2027.

STEP 4: NOMINEE GUIDELINES & NEXT STEPS

• All submitters will be notified by March 26, 2027, using the contact information provided on the submission form.

• Successful nominees will receive further instructions and information regarding the next steps.

• During the initial submission stage, only the information requested through the online submission form is required.
