Emissions performance is now commercial performance. Carbon intensity shapes market access, financing terms and regulatory standing for every major producer. Canada is answering with one of the largest decarbonization infrastructure programs in the world, from the Oil Sands Alliance’s proposed carbon capture network to industry-leading methane reduction.
This exhibition assembles the technologies making those commitments deliverable: CCUS, hydrogen production, emissions measurement and monitoring, methane abatement, low-carbon fuels and process efficiency. At its centre, the Emissions Reduction Theatre runs a dedicated program of sessions where operators, technology providers and regulators work through what is being deployed, what it costs and what comes next.
