Keagen Cave is a certified talent management and human resources professional with over fifteen years of expertise within the energy sector. Graduating from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications & Culture, Keagen has continually demonstrated her dedication to fostering talent in service of business results.

In her role as Director, Talent Management at Parkland Corporation, Keagen leads the enterprise's talent management initiatives, encompassing crucial areas such as talent and succession planning, leadership development and diversity & inclusion. Her responsibilities extend across Parkland's expansive network, serving 6,000 leaders and employees spanning 25 countries.
