The program features a keynote address and a moderated fireside chat, exploring leadership, equity, and what meaningful economic reconciliation looks like in practice. From building Indigenous-owned businesses and negotiating impact benefit agreements to advancing equity participation and workforce development, speakers will share candid, experience-based perspectives on where the industry is headed and what still needs to change.
