Over the past year, Talent4Energy partnered with YP Link to explore how the energy sector can better attract, retain, and advance young professionals.
It started with the Newtonian Shift workshop, an immersive simulation exploring the complexities of the energy transition. We followed up with focus groups and events to hear directly from young professionals, what they value, what they want to see change, and how they view the industry's future.
These insights shaped a set of high-level actions, first introduced at an executive breakfast during last year’s Global Energy Show. Since then, we’ve gathered real-world practices through interviews, discussions, and focus groups, compiled into a practical toolkit of actionable steps the industry can take today.
Please note: To attend, you will need a Global Energy Show Canada ticket, plus an additional pass for the Talent4Energy breakfast workshop.
