Will Sharpe is a Project Director with Black & Veatch, based in Calgary, where he supports the delivery and growth of the company’s Fuel & Natural Resources business in Canada. A Chartered Engineer and Professional Engineer with more than 13 years of international experience, Will has worked across the energy sector in Canada, US, UK and globally, with experience spanning oil and gas, LNG, CCUS, hydrogen and nuclear.

His career has progressed from technical process safety and risk consulting into project, client and business leadership, including leading multidisciplinary teams and supporting major energy projects from early development through execution. Will is particularly passionate about building strong teams, developing client relationships and helping turn complex energy challenges into executable projects.
