As the Director of Engineering, he has played a pivotal role in leading the development and execution of large-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), which are integral to the transition to sustainable energy. He has successfully deployed BESS projects in some of the most challenging cities, including New York City (NYC), and has extensive experience in deploying BESS across both distribution and transmission systems. Manoj has designed, developed, and/or executed over a GWh of BESS projects in the United States, showcasing his significant impact on the industry.
