Valerie is a highly accomplished executive with over 20 years of experience and success in strategic business development, corporate culture and team leadership. She has worked in the energy and technology sectors across Canada. In each of her roles, she has brought an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset to improve business outcomes, build relationships and delivers end to end value. She is a board member of the Canadian Heavy Oil Association on the Strategic Advisory Team, she is the founder of International Women’s Day Forum, she is an active member of Canadian Women in Energy, and she is the Chair for Women of Worley Canada West.

Valerie has worked with oil and gas companies to support them through the energy transition, identify opportunities and new technology to reduce carbon emissions, and increase their sustainability portfolio. By working in partnership with her clients, she focuses on creating unique solutions that help clients reduce overall cost of ownership and create long term value for all.
