Tomomi Hanashima is a Business Planner in the Europe Business Department at Japan Petroleum Exploration Co., Ltd. (JAPEX), where she supports the company’s upstream activities in Norway. She contributes to investment decisions from the commercial side, leveraging her background in law and her experience in the Corporate Strategy and Accounting Departments.

Driven by a passion for empowering women in business and energy, Tomomi joined Woman 10x as one of its initial members from JAPEX a year ago. Her efforts, along with the broader contributions of the JAPEX team, were recognized with the Trailblazer Award from Woman 10x.
