Serving as the MRC Business Manager and Director of Training for UBC Alberta Millwrights Local 1460. William leads workforce development, industry engagement, and strategic planning across Alberta and Canada in collaboration with the Millwright Regional Council network. He also oversees the newly accredited Alberta Millwrights Training Center, which will soon begin delivering certified trade instruction adding to Local 1460s current advanced technical training to meet the evolving needs of the energy and construction sectors.
