Patrick is the Chair of the Operating Arm of the Energy Pipeline Institute of Canada (EPIC). EPIC is a non-profit Canadian organization whose aim is to promote the pipeline industry, enable a pipeline knowledge network to members through social and technical events, as well as encourage talented individuals to explore rewarding career opportunities within the pipeline industry. Patrick also participated as the co-chair for the Young Engineers Engagement Committee (YEEC) during the 2024 International Pipeline Conference (IPC).

Patrick graduated in 2018 from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Manufacturing Engineering, and will be graduating this spring (2025) from the University of Calgary with a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Pipeline Engineering.

Patrick holds his Professional Engineer designation with APEGA and is currently working at TC Energy, where he has been employed since 2017. Throughout his tenure at TC Energy, Patrick has undertaken diverse roles, including serving as an engineer on the Valve Integrity team, a Field Engineer for the Coastal GasLink project, while currently working as a Pipeline Integrity Engineer on the Canada Gas business unit.
