Alberta reaffirms itself as a global hub for energy dialogue and diplomacy with more than 35,000 in attendance
Calgary, AB (July 7, 2025) – The Global Energy Show Canada (GESC) concluded after three days of high impact discussions and industry innovations. Held at Calgary’s BMO Centre, the event brought together over 36,387 attendees and nearly 400 exhibitors from across the energy value chain, reaffirming its position as Canada’s national energy event.
“This year’s Global Energy Show Canada was a defining moment for the sector. We saw extraordinary engagement from across the energy spectrum, including conventional, transitional and emerging technologies; reflecting the momentum of the global energy conversation.” said Nick Samain, Senior Vice President of dmg events. “This year’s show was about more than energy. It was about leadership, bridging global perspectives and demonstrating that the industry is open for business, bringing the evolving energy mix of hydrogen, CCUS, AI, Indigenous partnerships, and global LNG trade to the forefront.
