Nominees for the Global Energy Show Canada Awards will be selected by a judging panel of industry professionals based on the submissions received. Early submission is strongly encouraged to allow sufficient time for review. Late submissions will not be accepted.

 

STEP 1: REVIEW AWARD CATEGORIES

• Review the categories and determine the most suitable one for your nomination.
• Limit of three submissions per organization; coordinate internally.
• All submissions must pertain to 2025/2026 initiatives.
• Do not resubmit identical information from previous years.

STEP 2: SUBMIT YOUR NOMINATION

• All submissions will need to be submitted electronically through the online submission form by the February 5, 2026 deadline.
• Ensure that you have all the required questions completed before you begin
• A submission may only be entered once; duplicates will be disqualified.

STEP 3: JUDGING PROCESS

• After you have submitted your submission for consideration the judging panel will review all submissions after the January 23, 2026 deadline. The judging panel will review the submissions based on a list of criteria given to them ahead of time.

STEP 4: NOMINEE GUIDELINES

• Only information requested in the online form is required at this stage.
• All submitters will be notified by March 27, 2026, via the contact listed on the submission form on the status of their submission and next steps.
• If nominees cannot personally attend the ceremony, nominees will need to send at least one representative to the luncheon. Individual tickets or a table of 10 are available for purchase.
