Oscar is a Professional Engineer with APEGA and primarily works in the municipal and just energy transition space, having delivered decarbonization and strategic implementation projects. Oscar also focuses on projects to improve service delivery and operating efficiency of asset-intensive organizations through the strengthening of asset management approaches and strategies. As the Co-Chair for the Leaders 2050 Network in Canada, Oscar aims to equip future leaders with the skills, networks, and purpose to create a sustainable future.
