Jeremy Dockter is the Founder & CEO of Gas Recovery Solutions, a Kinetic Venture Labs company. Jeremy is also the Founder & CEO of Kinetic Venture Labs and The Kinetic Group, a New York City-based investment banking, M&A advisory, and project development firm. Jeremy specializes in M&A (sell-side and buy-side, private capital raising, project financing; and independent sponsor activity. Jeremy's focus industries include: Energy (all segments); Clean Tech; Industrial Manufacturing; Smart Grid; Process Industries; Commodities; Environmental; and Business Services. Jeremy has also played key roles in the origination, financing and development of a wide variety of conventional energy, alternative energy, energy technology, process industries, and natural resources projects, including energy storage; environmental/resource recovery; LNG; power generation; waste-to-energy; oil & gas exploration and production; natural gas pipelines, processing & storage; refining; gasification; mining & minerals; fertilizer production; biomass-to-energy; industrial waste-heat-to-power; and renewable fuels. Jeremy is also the Co-Founder of Expansion Energy LLC, a developer of innovative energy & environmental technologies in the areas of: “bulk” power storage systems; next-generation combined-cycle power generation systems; carbon capture & sequestration; minerals recovery processes; coal ash remediation; small-scale liquefied natural gas (LNG) production; and waterless fracturing for oil & gas production and EOR. Jeremy’s responsibilities include business development, marketing, strategic alliances, strategic planning, finance, intellectual property development, and industry outreach. Expansion Energy’s strategic alliances, for which Jeremy is responsible, include several of the world’s largest engineering, procurement & construction (EPC) companies and global energy equipment OEMs. Over the course of his career, Jeremy has also worked in a variety of other corporate executive, entrepreneurial and advisory capacities. Jeremy earned an MBA degree with honors in Strategic Management & Finance from Columbia University in New York, and a BA degree with honors in Economics from the University of Minnesota.
