Stephan Bondy is TMEIC Corporation's Business Development Manager for the Energy and Infrastructure Business Unit. In this role, Stephan develops business cases for markets and applications that will enable business growth for TMEIC and its clients.

Stephan holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Connecticut. He began his professional career as an Electronics Technician with the US Navy Undersea Warfare department. His career continued with roles at Analysis & Technology, General Electric, ABB Automation, Regal Beloit, Danaher Controls, and TMEIC Corporation Americas.

Stephan has over 34 years of experience with marine and industrial applications. He has held management positions leading sales teams.  He has been a lead project manager, application engineer, and sales manager in support of marine propulsion, oil & gas, rubber, plastics, power plant, cement and mining, wind tunnel, water & wastewater, and HVAC projects.

As an industry contributor, Stephan has three (3) peer-reviewed publications: New Advances in Pulse Width Modulated (PWM) Slip Power Recovery Drive for Pumps (2012) for Texas A&M Turbomachinery Symposium; Maintaining Adjustable Speed Drive Reliability After Obsolescence: Replace or Refurbish? (2012) for the American Fuel and Petroleum Manufacturers; and Modernization of legacy adjustable speed drives brings new life to high-capacity systems (2011) for IEEE PCIC.
