Cascara Energy Cascara Energy is a new utility company with a mission to end energy poverty. Cascara designs, builds, owns and operates an energy sharing network in
communities. Leveraging fifth generation district heating and cooling (5GDHC) architecture, Cascara delivers low carbon heating and cooling to customers through Energyas-a-Service (EaaS) contracts. Cascara�s innovative approach to building district energy systems provides communities with an accelerated path to reduce their carbon footprint to zero with no capital spending. Cascara uses a systems level approach to create efficiencies the major utilities cannot. This localizes the generation and consumption of energy, recycles energy and improves energy reliability, while reducing energy pricing volatility during the transition to a zero-carbon economy.
