Evan is an Engineer in Hatch's Nuclear Business Unit. He has over 8 years of experience in various capacities on a wide variety of design modifications and technical studies in the Nuclear Power Industry. His experience includes a number of projects related to innovative and emerging nuclear technologies. This has included a number of studies and conceptual design activities relating to the potential opportunities and mechanisms for the deployment of Small Modular Reactors, Nuclear Fusion, and nuclear waste management technologies. In this work he has interfaced with a number of technology vendors, government agencies, as well as interested site owners. In addition to nuclear technology experience Evan has been involved in various capacities on a number of design modifications at the major nuclear sites in Ontario (Chalk River, Bruce Power, and OPG sites).
