2023 Awards Judging Panel
Natasha is a professional engineer with an extensive background in energy. She is currently working as a business advisor/consultant to a variety of early stage tech companies in industries including oilfield, clean tech, and software technologies assisting with various aspects of tech commercialization; sales and marketing strategy; business development and strategic partner development. Previous to that she worked for almost 20 years at Trican Well Serivce, including as General Manager for ChemTerra Innovation, a subsidiary of Trican Well Service, where she spearheaded commercialization of new technology. She has built her career on being the bridge between technology and business, working in the early-stage of many new technologies. She have published and presented 4 technical papers (SPE and PETSOC) and presented at local and international conferences as well as published a peer-reviewed technical paper in an SPE Journal. She is an active volunteer participating in community boards and committees, including as founder of the non-profit Calgary Apraxia. She has a mechanical engineering degree with a petroleum minor from the University of Calgary.
